I'm going to start sharing some of my dumb dreams, enjoy I guess.

So I have some recurring dreams that are on the same theme, kind of like eispodes or seasons where the same kind of thing is happening but different area and usually different people. Sometimes it will just be straight up the exact same dream again. The theme is that we are "heros" who have previously come across horrible beasts while exploring new areas and we defeated them. But years later we all go back to the area we had fought so we can get together and catch up/remember what happened. The dreams start off friendly and almost nostalgic, but always turn into more monsters coming from somewhere and friends dying. Sometimes the public is in danger and we have to try to limit innocent casualties and other times we are in the middle of no where. Sometimes we win again, but there is always death of friends. Sometimes I'm "killed" and wake up. The dreams are always very vivid and stressful. It feels like days have passed when it's only been a few hours, but I don't feel rested. If the dream is an exact repeat I will sometimes realize this while I'm in the dream and be able to tell myself and others in the dream what is about to happen, but I can't actually wake myself up.
