*Motivation for the new week*
Health does not always come from medicine. Most of the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in the heart, peace in the soul, laughter and love. There are two things to remember in life: Take care of your thoughts when you're alone and take care of your words when you're with people. Respect your body when it's asking for a break. Respect your mind when it's seeking rest. Honor yourself when you need a moment for yourself. There are three solutions to every problem: accept it, change it or leave it. If you can't accept it, then change it. If you cannot change it, then leave it.
