Snipverse tell us about the app... how long as a maximum time to release?

No target date as yet. Once we are done building out the web app then we'll start working on the mobile app. Our current focus is AtomicAssets integration, Tipping System with SNIPS, XPR xtokens and Live Stream/Screenshare with voice chat.. similar to Twitter space and discord.
