Overview
Starting January 1, 2025, nDAO is excited to announce the official launch of the $NDAO Grant Proposal Offering for 2025. This initiative aims to support innovative projects, products, and services that integrate $UBQT and/or $NDAO tokens on the XPR Network. Our goal is to foster growth and further adoption of these ecosystems while empowering community-led initiatives.

Grant Details

Grant Amount:
USD $5,000 to $50,000 (paid in $UBQT and/or $NDAO Utility Tokens)
Eligible Projects/Product/Service:

Any project, product, or service that promotes web3 and Real World Assets for real estate and other verticals while incorporating $UBQT and/or $NDAO Utility Tokens tokens as part of its operations or ecosystem on the XPR Network.



Key Dates
Submission Deadline: February 28th, 2025

Grant Funds Disbursed: March 31st, 2025



Eligibility Criteria

Token Usage: Your project must utilizes $UBQT and/or $NDAO tokens as part of its operations, governance, or platform strategy.

XPR Network Compatibility: The project should run on or be compatible with the XPR Network.

Community Impact: Proposals should demonstrate how they will bring value to the entire ecosystem and promote adoption within the nDAO and XPR community.

Voting Requirement: A 60% quorum of $UBQT holders (not $NDAO holders) must participate in the voting process. The proposal must receive majority approval from the quorum in the nDAO Telegram group to move forward.




How to Apply
To submit your proposal:

1. Prepare a Proposal Document detailing your project, including:
– Overview and mission of the project
– Integration of $UBQT and/or $NDAO tokens
– Expected impact and benefits for the ecosystem
– Timeline and budget breakdown
– Team members and relevant experience

2. Submit your proposal through our support ticket system at: https://support.ubitquityx.com.

Grant Evaluation Process
1. Initial Review: nDAO will review all submissions for eligibility and completeness.

2. Community Voting:
– Proposals that pass the initial review will be voted upon by $UBQT holders in the nDAO Telegram group.
– A 60% quorum of token holders must participate, and the proposal must receive majority approval to proceed.

3. Disbursement of Funds:
Approved projects will receive their funds in $UBQT and/or $NDAO tokens on March 31st, 2025.

– nDAO reserves the right to modify or withdraw the grant offering, dates, and terms at any time.
– All proposals and voting outcomes are final and binding.
